I started my pole journey 10 years ago with no dance or gymnastic background, I can completely relate to the challenges my students face when starting their pole journey and wanting to become stronger and flexible. 


I self taught myself to front split in 2015 I wanted to know whether the stretch routine I created for myself would help other complete beginners too, so I started teaching students at my studio. 


Progress was in sane with some even touching down in 12 weeks so I bought it to the online world


I am always improving it as I learn more and more each year.

Not a lot, you can make to without a lot of things but some equipment which can be helpful that we use in the lessons should you wish to purchase are:



  • Yoga Mat 
  • 2 Yoga Blocks (Can use books instead)
  • Yoga Strap (Can use dressing gown belt instead)
