Introducing our Foundation Pole Lessons, a comprehensive program divided into 5 levels:
- Beginner
- Higher Beginner
- Intermediate

With over 60 structured pole lessons, you'll have access to a wide range of content. Learn approximately 240 foundational moves (tricks), along with conditioning exercises to build strength and combos to seamlessly link your moves together.
Each lesson follows a structured format, including:
